The customer service was great, the room was nicely decorated with a comfy bed, living room, kitchenette, and sofa.

Had a fine stay for one night on the fourth floor, and will certainly stay here again. The location was convenient and easy, within walking distance of Le Lieu unique Cultural Center. The hotel was set in a very industrial area. Stone’s throw away from a bus stop, a supermarket and a shopping mall were not far as well.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our two-night stay on the ninth floor a fantastic experience that we would repeat.

Rooms are well isolated, but you hear the "zoomy" noise of the city through the ventilation system above the windows.

The location is peaceful, just a pleasant walk from a history museum, and the rooms are well decorated with a useful kitchenette.

The spa was out of order 5 out of 7 days,The maids left dirty dishes for days. It was not cleaned 2 days.It was hard to get any extra towels. I didn't get 2 very important wake up calls !! They gave us some free breakfast for those mistakes..This is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel The free break.

The food was poor, no bed sheets were changed during our 5 night stay, no clean towels were provided.

Convenient location near a tram stop 😊. There's a cool street food spot, Eden Garden, just a 15-minute walk away from here.

We liked the spa and thought that the staff were excellent, always happy and helpfull. the location was good as well for our business/leisure needs.

On arrival we managed to blow up the electrics when plugging in our lap top, the tv controller wasnt working, The air conditioning never worked all week and there were several channels on the tv that did not work i.e bbc news and rai channels and canal plus. The jacuzzi never worked all week.

The room was tastefully decorated and stylish, featuring a kitchenette and a comfortable king-size bed. the staff were exceptionally pleasant and supportive. the hotel's location is convenient, with a bus line to downtown and within walking distance to many attractions.
